Labyrinth

What is a labyrinth?

A labyrinth is not a maze.  It is a form of walking meditation.

As you walk the path to the center of the circle it is a time to let go.

In the middle, it is a time to receive, listen and release.  You can pose a question, bring a small token to leave behind signifying letting go of it or a symbol of what you are letting go of, or you can just take a moment to be quiet and listen.

As you walk out of the circle on the same path you walked in on it is a time to prepare to take action.

Labyrinths should be be walked quietly and with a sense of presence and openness.

At Big Roots, you are welcome to leave behind what you want and need to.  We will honor your token with compassion and grace.
